Re: BV - Bacterial Vanginosis and Smoking
Fri, May 8, 2009 - 5:36 PMI'm neither a BV sufferer nor smoker but its common knowledge that there are many social connections to BV as
well as dietary.
Have you avoided taking antibiotics? Have you abstained from sex for any significant period of time?
Are you otherwise immuno-compromised? Do you douche? When you have sex do you have your
partner use a condom and/or dental dam? (don't want to assume your sexual orientation)
Have you tried to adjust your diet by eliminating "white foods" and increasing fresh fruits and veggies?
Do you take probiotic supplements? Apple Cider Vinegar?
Are you a stressful person?
Do you drink alcohol more than 5x per week?
Why don't you quit smoking?

Re: BV - Bacterial Vanginosis and Smoking
Sun, May 10, 2009 - 9:33 AMI believe you can get rid of it via naturopath. I believe it was a combination of thuja and vitamin A suppositories. For 1 month alternating those each week. Abstinence of sex was required as well. How bad are your symptoms, if you have any? Just odor?
