    i grow that! it likes very cold winters.

    one can get it as an admix with fenugreek seeds at hindi food markets or better health food stores.

    get it from a chinese pharmacy, no need to pay a frikkin' fortune for it!

    it does smell like a snootfull of poo tho! and you will be more pungent thru the winter too:) but its good medicine.
